Directions
The Bastide de la Veyriere is conveniently located a 30 minutes drive away from Nice Airport. The airport is a hub for Southern Europe with multiple flights a day from European capitals as well as direct flights from New York and other major international cities. The Biot train station is also only 7km away. While taxis are available, most guests find car rental the most convenient way of getting around the South of France.
Car Rental
All of France’s and Europe’s major car rental companies have branches at Nice Airport. The drive from Nice Airport to Bastide de la Veyriere is typically around 30 minutes. The A8 motorway, direction Cannes, takes you most of the way.
Trains
Biot is the nearest train station to the Bastide de la Veyriere. It is a hub in the French transportation network and is a convenient way of travelling to Monaco and the coastal town of Ventimiglia in Italy.
Taxis
If you are arriving into Nice airport you can quite easily call an Uber to Valbonne. However if you would prefer to organise a taxi, we can recommend several services.
